Meet Dr. Luz Maria
With a Masters in Psychology and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Luz Maria knows the ins and outs of relationship ups and downs. She worked in private practice, at the Logan Heights Behavioral Health Center, and taught at Grossmont College for nearly a decade.
Her sought-after perspective has been called on for over 20 years, heard on the radio show “En Familia con la Doctora Luz” on Recuerdos 1030AM, and further commissioned through her bi-monthly column in La Prensa. Additionally, Dr. Luz Maria spends time working for the non-profit Latinas With Purpose, of which she is Founder and President.
